Welcome to our application form that is required for all new members to join. We ask all future members to fill this form out no matter how trivial it may seem. This will help us weed out the bad apples from the get go and to figure out if you would fit in with out unique member base.
Once you have filled out this form and submitted it please allow up to five (5) days for us to process it, discuss it, and decide upon it. If you attempt to contact anyone in the guild within this 5 day period you null the application process.
